Are there any particular benefits or uses for the tetra fish, or are they just sought after because ...I have played Valheim for about 2500 hours now. I did join in the Frost Cave testing. I have created a new world to explore. I'm finding it very time consuming to find mountain regions. When I find a Frost Cave after hours of search I find very little in the Caves. Even after thoroughly searching I feel disappointment in how little I do find. Seems like a lot of work for very little reward.

Based on my own experience and others' I've read, I seems that if you enter a cave with a lake and Tetra in it, then leave the cave before catching them, the fish despawn.
