Rapier is only better for critfishing and if you're doing pve you might as well critfish with dagger. rapier-can parry and weights less, but has shorter range and bounces off shields and people with perseverance. estoc-better range, better damage, doesnt bounce off. Estoc doesn't scale that great, so Lightning is always nice. Chaos (at max) will probably outclass that, but fire damage seems less useful in PVP to me. If you are going STRAIGHT Strength/Dex hybrid then Regular ol' +15 will eventually be comparable, but not for a LONG time. The most damage you will get out of that thing in a single blow is +15 ...
