Maybe DE is working on something bigger for Hydroid.Almost all my Hydroid builds have 100% ability efficiency, and the one that's at 45% has Nourish and Energy Siphon to make up for it. Ability duration is a self-explanatory benefit. Truth be told, I'd like one more of each of the three for full comfort (more casting speed still makes for a perceivable difference, 450 instead of 375 max energy ...

Im glad hydroid is getting a rework, but i feel like this is just making him more usefull without making him more enjoyable. I feel like his tentacles and cc were a huge part of his kit and the passive, although it was pretty useless, was at least a good idea. I think the update should have gone more in the direction of giving him more unique ...
