My current gator is 2022 835R we bought new and really like it but have had 2 issues. One is it always tended to shift plenty hard between gears.First, remove the bed. You will need a metric set of wrenches. Then a 1/4" drive metric socket set helps a lot as does having a good supply of 1/4" extensions and a universal joint.
